Duovly는 아동 성적 학대 및 착취(CSAE)와 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)를 절대 허용하지 않습니다. Duovly는 만 18세 이상만 가입할 수 있는 게임 메이트 매칭 서비스이며, 아동·청소년을 보호하기 위해 아래 기준을 적용합니다.
다음 행위는 서비스 어디에서도(프로필, 1:1 채팅, 오픈채팅·음성방, 스토리, 후기 포함) 금지됩니다. - 아동·청소년이 등장하는 성적인 이미지, 영상, 음성, 글을 게시·전송·요청하는 행위 - 아동·청소년에게 성적인 대화를 걸거나 만남을 유도하는 행위(그루밍) - 성적인 이미지 등을 빌미로 한 협박·금품 요구(성착취) - 아동·청소년의 성매매·인신매매를 알선하거나 광고하는 행위 - 만 18세 미만이 나이를 속여 가입하거나, 미성년자의 가입을 돕는 행위
누구나 아래 방법으로 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 익명으로 접수됩니다. - 앱 안: 1:1 채팅방 또는 스토리의 메뉴(⋮) → 신고하기 → "아동·미성년자 안전" 선택 - 이메일: support.duovly@gmail.com (제목에 "아동 안전 신고"를 적어주세요) 아동이 즉각적인 위험에 처해 있다면 먼저 112(경찰)에 신고해주세요.
- 아동 안전 신고는 다른 신고보다 우선 검토합니다. - 위반이 확인되면 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 삭제하고 계정을 영구 정지하며, 재가입을 차단합니다. - 아동 성적 학대 콘텐츠(CSAM)나 아동 대상 범죄가 의심되면 관련 법령에 따라 수사기관(경찰청) 등 관계 당국에 신고하고, 수사에 필요한 자료를 보존·제공합니다. - 만 18세 미만으로 확인된 계정은 이용을 제한하고 관련 정보를 파기합니다.
Duovly는 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」, 「전기통신사업법」 등 대한민국의 아동 보호 관련 법령과 Google Play 아동 안전 표준 정책을 준수합니다.

Duovly has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Duovly is a game-mate matching service for users aged 18 and over.
Sexual content involving minors, grooming or soliciting minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt by or for minors to join the service are prohibited everywhere in the app, including profiles, 1:1 chat, open chat and voice rooms, stories, and reviews.
In the app: open the menu (⋮) in a 1:1 chat or on a story, tap 신고하기 (Report), and choose "아동·미성년자 안전" (Child safety). By email: support.duovly@gmail.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
Child safety reports are reviewed with priority. Violating content is removed immediately and the account is permanently banned. Suspected CSAM or crimes against children are reported to the relevant national authorities (including the Korean National Police Agency) in accordance with applicable law, and relevant records are preserved.
